Application forms for the academic year 2023-24 can be collected from the School office in person on all working days from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Admission is open to students of all communities, irrespective of caste & creed. We welcome applications from students of all nationalities.

Applying for admission does not imply admission. Admission is subject to eligibility of student and availability of seats. Admission Committee decision is final.

Appear as required for your ward for the diagnostic test or personal observation and/or interview.

Submit the duly filled in Emquiry form along with the necessary document.

Documents for submission at the time of admission:

1. 2 Passport size photo graphs of student and 1 each of parents and guardian
2. Photo copy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by Municipal corporation or any competent authority)
3. Photo copy of the student Aadhar Card
4. Photo copy of the passport and parents in case the student of NRI
5. Photo copy of the caste certificate (Issued by competent authority); original needs to be shown for verification.
6. Photo copy of the report card of last assessment of the current academic year
7. Bonafide certificate (In case of Pre-Primary admission)
8. Transfer Certificate (Duly Countersigned by concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year in the existing school. Date of submission would be specified by the school.
9. Health Card (if any): It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing, if the student is undergoing any medical treatment/medical ailment/ allergies etc… at the time of Registration.
10. On grant of admission, parent must complete the admission formalities by submitting prescribed documents and payment of the Term fee.
11. The student is required to fulfil the age criteria for grade admission is granted by the admission committee.
12. In case of parent cancelling the admission, no paid fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
13. Incomplete registration form or admission form will be rejected without assigning any reason.

Instructions:

• Admission is strictly based on the online application.
• Kindly fill in the right information as per the Municipal birth certificate of the child.
• Please check the application before submission, as the details once submitted cannot be modified.
• Kindly print the application after submission.
• The following documents need to be uploaded:
  • A copy of Municipal/Panchayat Birth certificate
  • Proof of change of name if any (Complete copy of the gazette)
  • Recent studio clicked passport size photograph of the child in .jpg format with a white background.
  • Copy of Aadhaar card of the child and valid photo ID proof of parents.
  • Residential Proof (electricity bill/house registration/telephone bill){any one}
  • B2 size studio clicked Family Photograph consisting of father, mother and the child in the centre in.jpg format with white background.
  •  Details of Sibling/studying in this school, if any
  • Baptism certificate (for Christians only)
• Incomplete data, wrong information and non-submission of required documents will result in the rejection of the application for admission.
• Uploaded documents should be clear and visible.
• The Management will call the parents for a direct interaction before admitting a student.
• During the interaction both Mother and Father have to be present.
• Selected students will get a call before February 5, 2022.
• The Management strictly discourages any telephonic call admission or any form of external influence or force.
• During the admission process the parents have to carry the originals and a copy of the documents that are uploaded along with the admission form.
• Submission of Application does not mean the confirmation of admission. The School Management reserves full and final authority over admissions.
